HOW TO USE
Step 1: Long press the ON/OFF button for about 2 seconds to power on. Choose the speed level: we recommend using a lower speed level. Level 3 and below to remove shallow freckles within a small area, and use speed levels above level 3 to remove more stubborn symptoms within a large area.
Step 2: Keep pressing the OUT button to start working. The LCD screen will then display the working status at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Removal methods:
For small freckles and patches: Hold the unit, and use your fingers to support the area you wish to work on. Point the pinhead and gently make contact on the skin/freckle. There will be little sparks produced when the pinhead touches the skin.
For moles and tattoos with a large area: Hold the unit, and use your fingers to support the area you wish to work on. Gently sweep at the mole, back and forth using the edges of the pinhead. Avoid poking at the mole to prevent scarring, and do not stay in one area for too long. It is better to sweep horizontally, so as not to burn the skin.
TIPS
1. Disinfect a device before and after usage.
2. Do not use it on the skin scars. Make sure before using the device that it is fully charged.
3. Do not use it on the skin scars.

5. Do not wash the device in water.
NOTE:
Do not touch water within 3 days after use. The recovery period is 3-6 months.

RETURN INFO
Returns & Replacements
You can request a return for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns must be shipped back to our showroom within 14 days of receipt of product. Purchaser is responsible for returning goods using a trackable method. All costs associated with returns, including any taxes or duties are assumed by the purchaser. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been checked by our quality control team and accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
REFUNDS
We usually process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
