CAN I GET MY HAIR CAUGHT IN THE CURLER?

Hair is not held in the Hairwave, so that at any time (as long as hair is inserted correctly) you may simply move the Hairwave away from your hair and it will fall away from your device.

Also your Hairwave has an automatic shut off mechanism, so that if for any reason you take too much hair into your device, it will shut down automatically so you can simply start again.

We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 7 - 15 business days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 4 - 8 days.

RETURN INFO

Returns & Replacements

You can request a return for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns must be shipped back to our showroom within 14 days of receipt of product. Purchaser is responsible for returning goods using a trackable method. All costs associated with returns, including any taxes or duties are assumed by the purchaser. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been checked by our quality control team and accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

REFUNDS

We usually process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
