CAN I USE HAIRSTYLER WITH THE CORD ON?
Our Blitte 'Hairstyler' is wireless, and this means for ease of use there is no requirement for a cord. You will not increase use time by using it whilst it is charging.
HOW MUCH RUN TIME DOES THE BATTERY GIVE YOU?
Operation time for the 'Hairstyler' is 30-60 minutes dependent on heat setting.
IS THE COMB DETACHABLE?
The 'Hairstyler' has a comb which is there to help you keep control of the hair whilst straightening; it does not detach as you would always benefit from this feature.
WHAT ARE THE TIPS FOR THE FIRST TIME?
The best tip when you first use the 'Hairstyler' is to make sure you fully charge initially as this will help preserve the lifetime of your lithium batteries.

We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 7 - 15 business days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 4 - 8 days.

AU / NZ / EU: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 10-30 business days
Due to the current COVID-19 situation and new security restrictions at customs, some orders may experience additional delays. Rest assured that our team is working around the clock to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

RETURN INFO
Returns & Replacements
You can request a return for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns must be shipped back to our showroom within 14 days of receipt of product. Purchaser is responsible for returning goods using a trackable method. All costs associated with returns, including any taxes or duties are assumed by the purchaser. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been checked by our quality control team and accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
REFUNDS
We usually process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hour
